2. Is the app free to use? Yes! Hey Byron is completely free for users. Just download, pick your interests, and start discovering what's happening in Byron Bay.

3. Do I need to create an account? No account is required to use the app. Your preferences (interests, saved events) are stored locally on your device, keeping you completely anonymous.

4. What can I discover on Hey Byron? You'll find local events across 20+ categories including live music, yoga/pilates, markets, outdoor activities, comedy, trivia, workshops, and more. You can also explore local businesses with directions and contact details.

5. How does the personalised feed work? Select the interests that matter to you, and Hey Byron shows events that match. You can also filter by distance from your location.

6. Can I save events I'm interested in? Yes! Tap the heart icon to save any event. You can also add events directly to your phone's calendar.

7. Is my data private? Absolutely. We don't require accounts for regular users, and your preferences are stored locally on your device. We don't sell user data to businesses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. How can my business get listed on Hey Byron? Contact us at info@heybyron.com.au to discuss getting your business on the platform. We'll set you up with a business profile and event posting capabilities.

9. How much does it cost for businesses? Business subscriptions are a flat fee with no auto-renewal or lock-in contracts. Contact us for current pricing.

10. What's included in a business listing? Your business profile includes your name, address with map directions, description, website link, social media links, and up to 4 images. You can also post unlimited events during your subscription period.

11. Can I post events? Event posting capability is confirmed during your application process. If approved, you can post unlimited events that appear in users' personalised feeds based on their interests.

12. Does Hey Byron guarantee views or bookings? No. Hey Byron is a discovery platform that connects you with potential customers, but we cannot guarantee specific views, traffic, or bookings. Results depend on many factors including your content and event timing.

13. Where is Hey Byron available? Currently, Hey Byron focuses exclusively on the Byron Bay region in NSW, Australia.

14. Which devices is the app available on? Hey Byron is available on iPhone (iOS). Android availability is coming soon.
